ABOUT US
Client Days
Client days are run regularly at all Elite International's campuses. This enables students to practice in a real time environment on real clients who pay for the service. In 2009 the student bodies of all the campuses raised over $55,000 for causes as diverse as Women's Refuge, Coastguard, N.Z Breast Cancer Foundation, Westpac Rescue, Child Cancer and the RNZFB.
The students of Elite International School of Beauty and Spa Therapies are pleased to support the Cure Kids Charity in 2010 via the purchase of John Key's flag doodle on Trademe for $10,150. The winner of the auction was promised tea with the Prime Minister. "We think it is probably too difficult to squeeze 300 hundred students into the Ninth Floor of the Beehive so we are hoping Mr Key can visit one of our Campus's instead. In the event we have a choice of which campus the P.M. shouts the morning tea the students have been told it will be the one that achieves the highest pass rate in their International exams, as an extra study incentive. "Director Simon Harding said.
"The students are looking forward to morning tea with the P.M. although some did ask if they could have morning tea with TVNZ's Weather Presenter Tamati Coffey instead. Tamati agreed to visit the Mairangi Bay campus and have his legs waxed for an additional $5000 donation which the campus donated to Cure Kids.
